Carver Construction, LLC (CC), is a Juneau based General Contractor, providing Commercial Construction Services. Eric Carver, the Managing Member, worked in his father’s construction company throughout high school then continued in the construction field in Southeast Alaska for seven years. Mr. Carver moved to Juneau in 1989 to attend UAS and obtained a BBA Management Degree in 1994.  

Carver Construction was founded in 1995 and has successfully completed over 750 projects; an average of thirty (30), per year. Mr. Carver’s construction experience and formal education are key factors in building a solid, long-term team of Project Managers, Carpenters and Laborers. 

Ninety percent (90%), of our projects are commercial renovations. With our emphasis on a detailed estimating approach, comprehensive project management system, and maintaining a highly skilled workforce, Carver Construction has proven to be extremely competitive on complex, multi-phase renovations. Carver's Project Managers excel at breaking down proposed projects into small detailed segments, ensuring efficient, comprehensive results for our clients. 

This has allowed Carver Construction to build a strong, proven track record and a successful completion of a wide range of commercial renovation projects.
